ABOUT:
SAN FRANCISCO FASHION MERCHANTS ALLIANCE, INC. is a non-profit corporation that is a social development network that champions in various sustainable projects in support of the thriving local fashion industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. Utilizing social marketing, industry events and mixers, speaking forums, apprenticeship programs, business opportunity matchings, entrepreneurship structure modeling, and web 2.0 technology development.
MISSION STATEMENT:
SFFAMA boards possess the in depth understanding of the ever changing and unique San Francisco Bay Area fashion industry landscape. In utilizing the latest technology in social media marketing and hosting innovative industry related events, SFFAMA is focused on tackling the local fashion entrepreneur needs in the current economic climate and in all facets of their business strategy to offer solutions by means of altruistic vision, coop alternatives and sustainable approach.
SFFAMA was essentially created to provide an ongoing open dialogue between the local merchants and fashion entrepreneurs to form a cohesive alliance in promoting altruistic creative synergy and productive business opportunities.
OUR SHARED VISION:
San Francisco Fashion and Merchant Alliance is looking for members and prospective Board of Directors alike to come on board. SFFAMA is in a process of becoming a non-profit round table supporting the emerging indie fashion industry in the bay area to promote healthy economic relationship between local merchants and fashion designers. The Board(s) has responsibility for the overall stewardship of SFFAMA.
